Game Changer I had not leased or purchased a car in over 14 years and did not realize how awful the process could be. After spending a great deal of time researching vehicles online, I narrowed my list of potential vehicles to 4 desirable SUV's (based on looks, ratings, price and option packages). The next logical step was to go out and test drive the vehicles and once again, I looked into available inventory & dealership ratings before I selected which dealerships I wanted to visit. I set up an appointment and was prepared to lease a new car before the end of the day. It didn't happen.....after spending over 4 hours at one dealership, I was disgusted with how I was treated. By the way, I am a female, I have my own business and did not think I needed my husband to negotiate. Then I called John Floyd and he changed the entire experience. John gained my trust; he was straightforward, patient, thorough and had excellent listening skills. After a few phone conversations, my new beautiful car was delivered to my door, by John. He was a "game changer." Next time I need a new car, my first and only call will be to John. I recommend giving John a call for your car purchase or lease! More
