Honestly, an Outstanding Experience I don't think I can describe how positive of an experience I had with D&M in general, and with Mr. Welch specifically. He has been my agent for the last two cars I have gotten and I can't see myself going anywhere else for a new car in the future. My first experience was with a very premium car, one that a few dealerships told me couldn't be had without paying their "market adjustment fee," and a six month delay. A week after I spoke with Mr. Welch he found me the exact car I wanted, without any extra fees, and had it on its way to me. Another week and he got it to me where I lived in Abilene. For the second vehicle, he and the team at D&M found me a great truck and arranged for (and paid for!) my travel back to the DFW area to pick it up. I really don't know how I could ask for more from anyone. I have already passed along Mr. Welch's contact information to friends and family when they were looking for a new vehicle and would happily do the same for anyone else looking. Truly outstanding service, I cannot recommend anyone else to come close to the service I have received. More

Easiest Deal Thus Far Had a great experience with Tobie getting out of a loan and into a lease. Not 100% sure what car I wanted to get into, but Tobie and I worked on final Had a great experience with Tobie getting out of a loan and into a lease. Not 100% sure what car I wanted to get into, but Tobie and I worked on finally getting it narrowed down and working a deal that got me out of my current vehicle (and being VERY upside down) and into a lease that will put me in much better shape in just a few years. At the end, we did almost all documents via DocuSign at the office so no more dot matrix printers and no more hard sales on extended warranties or fancy paint protectors. I picked up the new vehicle at the office (they offered to deliver) and it was spotless. Swapped keys, signed the deal, and off I went. Would do a deal with D&M again easily and recommend to others.
