My truck was stolen at 341am moday,,called D&M that afternoon, just to "check" on leasing cost, spoke to Brittanie, told her what I needed, by 330pm Tuesday, she showed up with the truck I need. Filled me in with a lot of information, options, &ideas on how to make it work for me. I got a good deal on price, payment cost ,& financing. Having recently retired from UPS,after 26 yrs in a "package car ",I know what customer service is about,,Brittanie is a perfect example of how to make that happen.
