This is the 4th truck I have leased with D&M. I was honest with them up front on the number of miles I drive and in turn they were honest and fair with me on residual values and costs for trucks. The availability of my leasing agent needs improvement. I understand the busyness but to have to call 4/5 before someone calls me back is unacceptable.
