I had trouble with my two month old car and went to the dealership to solve this issue and they Katie has gone above and beyond what she needed to do. I had trouble with my two month old car and went to the dealership to solve this issue and they wanted me to pay out of pocket and not be able to use my warranty. I finally called Katie out of frustration and out of options and she should have been my first call. This time we found ourselves needing to get a bigger car for a new baby, and he was so good to help us find the right one for us. The process of getting the car was painless and enjoyable and under an hour. Because of D&M’s model, we were able to choose from all the car brands and not be limited.
