This was my first time leasing a car ever, so I was pretty nervous about everything involved, but Adam was so kind and patient to explain everything that was going on. Was completely transparent about everything, and was patient during everything in the whole process. No ONLY that, but he has this chill vibe that just makes them so comfortable to be around! Adam and I were constantly nerding out about video games and awesome spots to eat around where we lived. Legit, if he wanted to hang out, outside the whole leasing process, I totally would! These guys are so flexible and really try and get you what you want, at the best deal they can negotiate. And THAT is customer service right there. Just fantastic all around.
