Greg Clary was amazing from the first moment when we spoke to the follow up after my car was delivered. He handled everything with professionalism and grace despite the obstacles we ran into (just start spoke to the follow up after my car was delivered. He handled everything with professionalism and grace despite the obstacles we ran into (just started a new job so verifying was fun). Not only that he delivered my car, clean, looking like just rolled off of the factory floor, but he ensured that it was filled with gas. Biggest surprise I received was a call a week later to tell me that they set aside money for new tires but never got to put them on so he will be mailing me a check for them!!! I have NEVER met more honest dealership or a car dealer in my entire life! I will NEVER shop for a vehicle anywhere else and I have already shared his information with 3 of my friends/family that are looking to get a vehicle in the next year. Josh made our car buying experience with D&M almost too easy. Called on a Friday, told him what car I wanted, made a few decisions on color/trim packages and picked the car up Monday! Got my car Nissan Altima, and next day it started to have issues when I drive above 60 MPH. Doesn't seem the car was tested thoroughly before sales. I am disappointed with the car.
