Great customer service and easy car buying experience! Misty has bent over backwards for me from the minute she contacted me in response to my online inquiry. I changed my mind at the last minute about the Misty has bent over backwards for me from the minute she contacted me in response to my online inquiry. I changed my mind at the last minute about the car I wanted, creating some difficulties for her, but she handled it like a champion. That was back in August of 2014. Now, I'm in the process of getting some warranty repairs and she continues to be fantastic! It's refreshing to know that I can still have excellent customer service even after I got my car.
