Tim did a great job listening to my needs for now but also into the future of what I wanted to do on future leases. He walked me through the process and explained things quite well so I understood everything about the way they do there leases. I went with the EZ lease which seemed to match up well for want I needed. I do like that they have a real personal touch and try to understand what you want and then can tailor a great deal not just for now but understanding what my needs future expectations as it pertains to future leases. One other thing I like is he will keep up with you not only through the process at the beginning but through the entire lease, checking on, making sure all is going well, keep me on track with my lease and much more. We did the whole deal over the phone, when he found what I wanted we went over the car to make sure of everything I was asking for, brought the paperwork to my office, signed and brought out the car the next day.
