Greatest Experience Ever This was my first time going out and getting a new car and was extremely anxious about the entire process. You always hear horror stories about going This was my first time going out and getting a new car and was extremely anxious about the entire process. You always hear horror stories about going to the dealership, spending all day and either leaving empty handed or screwed over by those agents. My wife had previously bought a car without my involvement and I knew right off the bat that we'd be in the red. Just one day when it was slow at work, I put in an email request at D&M online thinking they'd call me back in a week or two. It took Brandon 20 min. It was insane. I told him what I was looking for and my situation. He didn't beat around the bush, he told me that it'll be a bit difficult with trading in our old car and being so far in negative equity. I have absolutely no clue how, but Brandon was able to get us a BEAUTIFUL midsize SUV for a great price, great mileage and great condition. This literally took all the worrying out of getting a new car and not only is my family more comfortable, safe and happy in the this car, but we will be paying off that negative equity in the long run and this car will definitely last a long time. Being in customer service for over 7 years, this is definitely how it should be done. He gave it to me how it was, told me what he can do and got it done. In a matter of 24 hours, we were in a new car and we love it. Thank you so much! More
