As always, getting a car through D&M is so much nicer than shopping around at the various dealerships. I never feel pressured to make a deal right away. In fact, Brandon has been working with me for several months, waiting until I was in the best possible financial situation to trade cars. He really helped and counseled me on what would make the best fiscal sense for my situation and I am very thankful for all the time and effort he put into this deal. He never made me feel like I was taking up too much of his time with questions/concerns. I'm happy with my new car and even happier with the financials we were able to work out. Tim is awesome! I cannot say enough about my experience working with Tim at D&M. It was my first time leasing, as I've always purchased in the past. And going forwa I cannot say enough about my experience working with Tim at D&M. It was my first time leasing, as I've always purchased in the past. And going forward, I can't see myself going any other route. He was quick to get me the car I wanted, and not even a year into the lease, he was able to find me an updated vehicle and cut $50 off my monthly payment! I noticed that the vehicle didn't have running boards (which I really wanted), so within about 8 hours, he had me setup to get them installed with a rental vehicle while they installed it.. Amazing. I have and will continue to promote D&M based on Tim's professionalism and his dedication to customer satisfaction. I hope I can return the favor one of these days by giving him referrals! :) More

I told them exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay and within 2 working days I drove off their lot in my brand new Tundra Texas Edition! Jamie Newell did an awesome job of helping me understand the leasing process, as well as making the transition into my new truck. Their customer service is top notch and I can tell they really have their clients back when it comes to financial planning etc. The really cool part is I had told them I wanted either black or metallic grey and when I arrived they had both trucks on the lot side by side!!! D&M freaking rocks and I love my new truck. If any of my friends read this review seriously take my word as D&M being the premier leasing company for your new vehicle. More

Easy and helpful! Jamie Newell and I talked about me wanting to get into a car with lower payments so my husband and I can focus on new house stuff. I wasn't picky but fully expected something a few years older to have lower payments due to my car being so new. Well, Jamie and her boss worked it out to where D&M paid off my 2015 Outlander, took it. They are also paying off the remaining balance on my husband's truck which will give us one car payment 50% less than what our two notes combined were. Best thing is they got me in a brand spanking new 2016 Impala LTZ Limited 24 hrs after our phone conversation. More
