His explanation of the value of "leasing" VS buying and outstanding customer service was so superb, I sent my boyfriend to get a truck, as well as his Dad. First time leasing with D and M leasng company SHOCKED---UNBELIEVIABLY EASY and PAINLESS!!!! This was my first time leasing away from a Dealership. In fact it was only my second time leasing a SHOCKED---UNBELIEVIABLY EASY and PAINLESS!!!! This was my first time leasing away from a Dealership. In fact it was only my second time leasing a car. If anyone has leased a car through a Dealership you know that you have to fight for every last thing on the contract. The price, the maintenance, the hidden fees, the salesman, etc. I kept expecting that with William. He kept telling me that was not how their company worked. Well of course I had to see it for myself. I asked for a copy of the contract, I could not believe I would not be hit with some "hidden" fee. (He emailed the contract to me in 10 minutes) We literally went over the contract line by line. I must have called him 100 times. (Price was a big factor) He was very patient, calmed me down, went over everything 2 and 3 times. He never lost his sunny disposition. He also had to speak with my Husband. My job keeps me hopping, so I could not talk with him as much as I wanted. So, poor William got my husband too. He had to tell him everything again, that I had already asked. (Double Duty for William) William had to explain residual value to me about 6 times. The difference in leasing one car vs. the other and what it means to my pocket book. Yes, I have learned what "residual value means"!!!!! LOL! I also learned I can do an early termination of the lease if something happens, such as, loss of job, loss of spouse. Of, course it costs money, but not as much as the dealership's termination fees. I doubled checked to see the difference. I would only pay a fraction of the cost compared to a dealership lease. William was right again. If I needed to do an early termination the dealership would charge me $8,000.00 and up to get out of the lease. D and M's lease termination came to about $2800.00 or less. This does depend on the car you lease. (There comes that "residual value" lesson again) Instead of getting the Hyundai Genesis I wanted, I am now driving a Big PEARL WHITE LEXUS. (Leg and trunk room galore!) Another saving point: William managed to save me two payments on my leased Honda. He also saved me money at the signing of the lease. Where can anyone get this kind of great customer service anymore? He worked with me day and night, on his breaks, when he was at the gym. It was late when I sent him a question, so I was expecting a text the next day. Instead he called me right away. He put my mind at ease. The TTL was already included in the price he quoted me. I could have kissed his feet at that point. The Lexus was delivered to my doorstep the next day even though my schedule threw off the delivery time, William took it in stride. What a nice touch to the end of a very non-stressful leasing experience. The best part is that the customer service does not stop at the signing of the lease. He has already called me to ask how the car is doing, how I am doing. I can call him with any question at anytime. It is great customer service like this that makes you want to continue to do business with William. My experience with William was Awesome, I could not have asked for more! Thank you William!
