I should've done this in the first place. I'd always been loyal to Carmax, but something there has definitely changed. If you are looking for a new vehicle, regardless of credit score, because mine isn't great..Forget the dealerships all together. Go see Trayc at D&M. She made everything so painless and stress free. I told her what I wanted/needed and she worked persistently to find me the best deal, along with providing me with back up options. She was very patient and and explained detail by detail to me about leasing vs. retail, leasing to buy, and patiently answered all my questions with ease. Awesome Experience I was referred to Josh Goodwin through a mutual associate. The delay was me being on vacation and not available initially. I wanted a second vehicle that was a difficult color. Josh located the vehicle and delivered it to my residence within 72 hours.
