Thing is, if those were not the car for us, she would go right back to looking for that perfect match. Whether it was style, model, price range, payment size, or credit issues... Shannon said from the start she could find the car for us... when we narrowed it down, she brought the car in to their office... we went there and test drove it, loved it, went upstairs to her office, signed the papers and walked out incredibly happy owners of the car we dreamed of.. total time was LESS than 30 min (and most of that time was us just visiting). This was the most incredible experience, I took my Incle there the next week to trade in his hybrid on a brand new 2016 Toyota Highlander Platinum Edition. Same scenario, Shannon found the exact car he wanted and in 30 min he drove off with the car he wanted.
