Best Car Buying Experience EVER! When I say it couldn't have been better or easier, I truly mean that. This is by far the best vehicle dealing I have ever experienced. The folks at D& When I say it couldn't have been better or easier, I truly mean that. This is by far the best vehicle dealing I have ever experienced. The folks at D&M Fort Worth are phenomenal in what they do. Shannon was our agent and she top notch when it comes to customer service, satisfaction, and more. She took the time to make sure every detail was discussed and covered in order to find the right vehicle for me. I inquired about D&M on Monday and was driving a new truck Wednesday. I did all of the dealings while I had a few minutes here and there at work and then Shannon brought the truck to MY HOUSE for the test drive and to sign the paperwork. As a paramedic, husband, and dad of two, my schedule stay pretty booked. I was able to do all of this without any inconvenience in my schedule from the comfort of my work and home. I still cannot believe how easy this process was. At one point Shannon had her plate full and her collegue Jacob stepped in and assisted me. I was so impressed by this as they did not leave me hanging around waiting for her time to open up, but rather made sure my deal continued moving by having Jacob work with me. When Shannon arrived at my home with the new truck, we first took it for a test drive and it was then I knew this was my next vehicle. I am so thankful that Shannon truly listened to and cared about what I was looking for in my next vehicle. I am used to going to a dealership and them trying to put me in what "they think" will be the best for me when that may not be the fact. Shannon searched and found a few different options for me, discussed the pros/cons of each one, and ultimately guided me to the right truck. She also stay true to her promise that she would find something in my price range and if it was not going to work, she would be honest and tell me. I felt no pressure whatsoever from Shannon, Jacob, or D&M. I feel like anytime in the past when I was at a dealership, they were always very pushy and hardcore about getting me into the vehicle and doing it NOW. That was not the case with my experience with D&M. Shannon is so personable and friendly, it felt like I was doing a deal with a long-time friend or family member. She is a straight shooter and will tell you how it is, good or bad to make sure you make the right decision for YOU ultimately! We will definitely be a customer of D&M in the future and will tell anyone in the market for a new vehicle to go see Shannon at D&M Leasing. Bottom line is...if you want a hassle-free, no gimmicks, friendly, personable, truly enjoyable experience when you are looking for your next car...you must go to D&M Leasing.
