We were contacted with in 30 mins of sending the web inquiry and Shannon worked well into that first evening, after business hours, to accommodate us - we spoke with her a hand full of times via text, email and phone and went to her office to test drive and sign the papers - maybe 2 hours of our time total from start to finish and the majority of that did not require me sitting in a dealership for hours on end!
