By far the worst dealership I have ever been to looking for a car. The salesman Leroy would mutter things when he walked away to see if they had a car I was looking for in stock. And the manager I dealt with, Guy, was the most dishonest person I've ever talked to when trying to find out about my car's worth. He undercut the blue book value by more than $2,000 on the fair price!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE, they are shady and only out for themselves. More

This dealer has done so much damage to our vehicles when brought in for service we almost need a seperate insurance policy. And we have bought 12 cars here this last insodent we contacted Terry Darcy himse brought in for service we almost need a seperate insurance policy. And we have bought 12 cars here this last insodent we contacted Terry Darcy himself in a letter and never heard back from him beware of this dealer the sales staff is great mechanics are extremely poor very sad and for the owner sad person after buying twelve cars from him but we moved on to phillips chevy in frankfort there whole place is profesional ,see ya Terry Darcy hope this costs you a sale but it might not matter to you cause we see how you value a great customer More

This was by far the BEST car buying experience I have ever had and I have had lots of them. I would highly recommend asking for Matt Tesauro to be your sales representative when you go to visit D'Arcy, ever had and I have had lots of them. I would highly recommend asking for Matt Tesauro to be your sales representative when you go to visit D'Arcy, he was a sweetheart to do business with. When it came to "dealing", Keith and Scott were great to work with, and made me feel very comfortable about buying a car from the dealership. When we were waiting on some paper work to be done a gentleman came by and brought us cold bottles of water, I was told later that gentleman was the owner Mr. D'Arcy. Everyone went out of their way to help us every step of the way. Matt has called several times to follow up on my purchase. I truly think you will walk away with having a happy buying experience when you buy from D'Arcy Motors! More
