I am editing my review up from 1 star to 1.5 stars after cooling and sleeping on it. I understand the 45 day wait time may be a legitimate issue and everyone there is waiting a month and half to have their car serviced. However that raises the question for new owners who buy from them. How long will it take for your new car to be serviced if something happens to it, just like my new car? Will you be left in the cold without a car that you are making monthly payments on for 2 months because they sell way more than they can service? I just paid $300 out of pocket to have our car towed from their dealership to the dealership we bought from Pugi Hyundai in Downers Grove. Pugi called me and said they could look at the car tomorrow and we can go from there. They also confirmed they do indeed not have loaners, but were more than happy to drive me over to Enterprise and rent us a car for the duration of the fix. He noted that this expense is covered by corporate Hyundai, they would be reimbursed, and they were shocked that D'Arcy had a "not my problem" attitude.
