We felt the experience was a very pleasant and enjoyable one. At no time did we feel pressured to buy. We were explained every detail on every move of the way. From the moment we pulled in on the lot till we drove off the lot there was no pressure to buy - just the comfort of what are you looking for, lets see if we can find you something, to lets get this done and here is how to use it. Thank you Terry Darcy, Mike Friscia, Dave Wood and Kevin Alvear for a great experience. BTW we love our Acadia!!! More

Sleazy lies to get you to buy a car/truck Bought a used truck and IT IS TERRIBLE. Sales manager TOM called me 8 times talking me into coming in to see it. I told him it MUST have no mechanical Bought a used truck and IT IS TERRIBLE. Sales manager TOM called me 8 times talking me into coming in to see it. I told him it MUST have no mechanical problem and must not leak any oil. I drive an hour because he promise it was great. When I get there the truck is OK but has no major problems I can see. FIRST TIME i drove it the check engine light comes on. Shop says knock sensors and the light has been turned off before. Knock sensors are SHOT and have been bad for awhile. I believe they knew this problem and cleared the code before I got there to test drive. Also it takes about 24 hours to see but it does leak oil. And after a few days leaves a big spot on my driveway. Rear brake lines blew first time I used it to tow and ABS light comes on because of a bad speed sensor. I have not even drove it 100 miles. Neither the sales Manager or the sales man (Josh) call or email me back. I did not even say in the emails or voice mails I had issues. I just asked for a call back and said who I was and what truck I bought. They must know it was a xxx and know why I am calling. I excepted that type of services from a little hole in the wall dealer but not a large GMC dealer. These guys are sleazy and lie/hind issues to make a buck. More
Customer Service I bought my 2009 Hummer H3 on June 24th 2014 through Mike Friscia. Once again he was great to deal with from last year when we bought my wifes Encore I bought my 2009 Hummer H3 on June 24th 2014 through Mike Friscia. Once again he was great to deal with from last year when we bought my wifes Encore through him.Also Tom went out of his way to make sure I had an extended warranty that fit us.Dave in the finance department handled all the paper work with ease. It has been a pleasure once again to deal with the people at D'Arcy Motors. I always refer people to D'Arcy Motors who are looking for another vehicle weather new or used. Thank you More
