We compared similarly available autos and felt that the price asked was fair. After 40 years of buying cars, I dreaded another experience at another dealership where you are disgusted by how you were treated. The experience at D'arcy ended up being a great one, to the point I joked about it all being on an episode of Candid Camera. Our sales associate was Mr. John Ziebarth. The first person in all my years that really wanted the customer to be treated with respect, with genuine concern about the deal being right, and helping get a great price. Truly a great person, and equally outstanding dealership team member. Our financing was handled with professionalism, speed, extreme honesty and insight. The finance manager made us feel like special customers, which I know he does for everyone. My teenage son walked out that night feeling proud, happy and excited. He asked if all car buying was like that. I told him "only if you go back to D'arcy".Otherwise, no. Thanks D'arcy for more than a good car at a great price. Thanks for treating my son like you did. Best GM facility for service I had some warranty work for paint, lane departure sensors and leather seat problems. There was a recall and oil change that had to be done too. Emilio was great to work with and kept me informed. He made sure I was taken care of and understood what was going on with my vehicle. He helped me get into a rental vehicle. He is a big reason I bring all of my GM vehicles to D'Arcy for service regardless if I bought them there or not. More

The business(overall) is extremely clean including the bathrooms. The waiting area is the best one I have ever been in with very comfortable chairs, big TV, reading material, free water and pop. There was also a waiting area with the same chairs but away from the TV where you can carry a conversation or do work on a laptop. Oh yeah, free WIFI as well. I could go on and on but I won't bore you with what you already know. From the minute we brought our truck in every person was so nice and accommodating. It took about an hour but you hardly notice it in the waiting room. Another great surprise was every half an hour a staff member would ask if anyone needed a ride anywhere. Are you serious? Our salesman noticed us and came over to say hi and to find out the status of the oil change. I just love this company and would not want to go anywhere else to be honest. More

No one pushed us to purchase any cars and they were extremely helpful getting the best finance %. They were very informative about each and every car / SUV. We will never go anywhere else as long as Luke and Jason are employed there! More

The finance director Mike was fantastic also, helped by questioning my needs how often I trade a vehicle, we determined that a lease would be better for me as often as I trade vehicles. I went with the lease( I had heard horror stories about leasing) he took the time to explain the leasing process and what was involved. The parts manager was also fantastic he helped me choose things that I wanted on my vehicle such as bug shield, and rain guards and ordered the parts for me all before I drove my new GMC off the dealer lot. I have bought a lot of cars and never had the level of commitment to the customer from start to finish. I know that I came late to look and purchase and they had to stay after close of business, but they never tried to hurry me or the process. I have already told at least 30 people of the great experience I had at D'Arcy and that it is worth the drive to buy a car from them. More

It was Brand New, and She loved it, Until the Problems started surfacing. 6,899 miles-Recall for Program shift Performance, Right rear weather stripping coming apart. 9, 894 Miles-Right rear weather stripping coming loose. 17,918 miles-Sunroof Leaking into headliner, Parking Brake petal came apart. 46,225 Miles- Left Front Stabilizer link loose. 56,252 Miles-Brake and Stability light on, Noise in right Rear. 56,453 Miles-Stability light on when braking and Turning-Poor Connection to level sensors, Dryer noise while driving 50-60 Mph. 95,581 Miles- A/C Inop-Expansion valve and seals leaking, Front Struts weak and Noisy. 96,808 Miles- A/C inop- Evaporator core leaking, Recall Washer fluid Heater disabled due to possible fire hazard. Replaced BCM Bezel and brake switch due to damage during evaporator core replacement, noise in rear, 105,462 Miles- Sunroof leaking-Right Clogged drain, worn seal in rear moon roof. 110,504 Miles- Service Airbag light is on-Replaced Airbag Connectors and secured harness. 124, 795 Miles-Service Engine soon light on-Faulty gas cap O-ring, and Evaporator Vent solenoid leaking. 128,683 Miles-Vehicle Sways at higher speeds- Front struts internal failure-replaced, Clunk in front end-Front Stabilizer Links worn, Service engine light on-Replaced Evaporator Vent Solenoid, and Hose assembly. 132,259 Miles-Check engine light is on-Replaced Purge Solenoid, Loud Squeal left rear when braking- Unusual wear on left rear brake rotor-Refinished Rotors and replaced brake pads. 153,414 Miles- Check Engine light on- Bulletin Throttle body Freeze oil and Moisture in tube-Cleared housing. 136,594 Miles- Power steering pump leaking, Gear Assembly bearing noisy, belt squealing due to oil on it-replaced, Front timing cover leaking. 153,608 Miles- Power steering pump failing, replaced Power steering pump and belt, Water leaking into Headliner-Cleaned Drains out, Water Pump Leaking-Replaced. 164,060 Miles- Transmission Running rough-Bulletin-Removed and replaced Transmission Control Module, Sunroof leaking again, Lift gate opens on it's own while driving-Faulty Lift gate handle switch, Rear Rattling noise when going over bumps-Inspected found Rear shocks weak-need rear shocks ($451.00) 175,021 Miles-Power steering is whining-Power steering rack is leaking-Needs replacement ($1,370.00). After all that the Sunroof is still leaking, The Power steering is still leaking, and the Service Air Bag light is back on, and the passenger carpet is soaked due to the water leak. We have spent around $ 7,500.00 out of pocket for repairs, on top of the $ 48,000.00 purchase price for the Vehicle. I will let you make up you're own mind from here. Thank You for reading. More
