AVOID AT ALL COSTS . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I came here to get a diagnosis on 3 matters related to my car. After almost 2 hours of waiting, Jonathan Lucero came back and gav . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I came here to get a diagnosis on 3 matters related to my car. After almost 2 hours of waiting, Jonathan Lucero came back and gave me an estimate of $470. I signed off accepting the offer. I asked a follow up question to make sure everything was included. He said he had forgotten to mention 2 of the 3 things I asked in the diagnosis AFTER I signed off the paperwork. I waited another hour, only to come back to find out that Jonathan had forgotten to include 2 hours of labor costs and an alignment fee in the original offer. So, the new cost was almost $800. When I pointed out their error to them, they neither apologized nor accepted any blame. Another customer who saw the entire thing play out spoke to Sandra Smith, the Nissan Consultant, and she simply and rudely replied “Oh well!” to the other customer. Then, despite the atrocious service, excessive waiting, and countless errors, they still billed me $140 for their “diagnosis,” which, were it not for my persistance, would’ve been incomplete. Victor Santos contacted me along with other dealerships because my lease was coming to an end. I was very impressed with his interest and helpfulness over the phone and through texts to sell me my next car. I first went to my former dealership and worked out a decent deal, but I also gave Victor the chance to get my business. He was so polite, respectful, helpful, not pushy, quick with responses and quick with a deal. I went in to meet him and his crew and received a better deal and a more pleasant atmosphere. During that time the staff at D’ADDARIO NISSAN have always made me feel welcomed and most of a I have leased from D’ADDARIO NISSAN for six plus years. During that time the staff at D’ADDARIO NISSAN have always made me feel welcomed and most of all “informed” on the performance of my vehicle. Dave Fagnani, the Nissan Service Consultant at Nissan D’addario is fantastic!!! On my scheduled visits he has sat with me and discussed my vehicle’s performance and what I should expect in the upcoming months. For example, he sat with me on a routine oil change and discussed the fact that I would be needing tires soon. As a result, I ordered tires and had them installed that same day. Mr. Fagnani, mentioned during that visit that my rear brakes were “good” and had enough pad left at that time, however, he mentioned that I would possibly be looking to replace the rear brakes in a few months. I listened to Dave’s advice and upon my most recent oil change visit I scheduled to have my rear brakes replaced. It is this type of customer care that keeps me coming back to NISSAN D’DDARIO. The facility, the vehicles, and above all the entire STAFF are first class. I have recommended NISSAN D’ADDARIO to friends and family. As a result, my father has since leased twice from NISAAN D’ADDARIO and is VERY pleased with his Rogue and the service he has received. D’ADDARIO NISSAN IS A FIRST CLASS DEALERSHIP! More

I was told I would get a call back with all financing in I had a terrible experience I filled out a preapproval online I called in to check on status. I was told I would get a call back with all financing information regarding monthly payment as well as interest rate. After 4 hour of waiting I called and was told I would need a deposit to check financing options which I totally did not understand this as I was told I would be called back with this information. Then I was called back for the rep to make a statement of how much a monthly payment would be based on me being approved from a bank through carmax. With me being a first time car buyer I thought I would receive better service I did not. More
Still Screw ups after 35 years Air bag recall on 2003 Pathfinder. Dropped off at service dept. Picked up at end of day. Was informed additional warranty work was done on driver's Air bag recall on 2003 Pathfinder. Dropped off at service dept. Picked up at end of day. Was informed additional warranty work was done on driver's side strut. I did not authorize this work, nor was the strut malfunctioning. Days later, driver's side strut rubbing and non functioning. I call dealer. They say I will be charged to look at the strut and that they are not responsible for the strut. It was in good working order prior to them 'repairing it'. Moreover, Service Mgr. says I authorized strut work; they have it on a phone recording. I told him to send me the recording; never received. Now, the whole strut assembly is completely loose. D'Addario Nissan sure fixed my car - NOT! I'm bringing the car to my regular mechanic, ASE Certified Master for 25 years. All his work is excellent. In 1984, I brought my brand new 200SX (15,000 miles) into D'Addario nissan to have them look at the head gasket. Oil was leaking from the gasket. I picked up the car and the service mgr. told me, "it's natural weepage, perfectly normal for a head gasket". I said nothing and left. I contacted Nissan corporate. D'Addario had the car repaired; head machined and new gasket installed. Issue was the aluminum head was not mating properly with the steel block. I know cars. My father was a machinist his whole life and tank mechanic in the army. I've torn apart engines and put them back together. He taught me well. So, 1984, daddario nissan lies to my face. 35 years later, they haven't changed one iota. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CHARLATANS AND AMATEURS!! They give great dealerships like Bob Sharp (now Bruce Bennett) a black eye. I never had any issues with Bruce Bennett and they have worked on my cars for years. Not one issue. I go to daddario nissan twice and two major issues; plus their duplicity is revolting. More
