Had to get Ford to help me get my 2019 Ford Ranger fixed. I waited almost 6 months to get my transmutations repaired under warranty. The dealer lost the paperwork and the replacement transmission fixed. I waited almost 6 months to get my transmutations repaired under warranty. The dealer lost the paperwork and the replacement transmission was sitting in their shop.... It would still be there if Ford did not help me and contact them. I am still waiting on getting the body damage repaired as a result of the transmission failure. The service department told me to work it with Ford directly. Ford tells me it is the service department responsibility. The service department and service manager will not return phone calls. Hard to recommend them... More
Always a pleasure to bring our Explorer in to Cypress Coast for servicing. Roger Nichols always greets me with a cheery hello, and ensures all is as it should be. Coast for servicing. Roger Nichols always greets me with a cheery hello, and ensures all is as it should be. More
DO NOT SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! Incompetence is next level & they are incapable of doing the small things right. Save your money and go to a different dealership. Here are the highlights: 1st appt: level & they are incapable of doing the small things right. Save your money and go to a different dealership. Here are the highlights: 1st appt: Truck in for routine oil change, accidentally smashed my side mirror and had to order a new one (stuff happens but this was just the start). 2nd appt: Noticed leaking oil, scheduled an appt to find leak. Dropped off, then they called & said my truck was done & ready to be picked up. I drove down and they said the oil change had been done, when I inquired about the oil leak they said what leak? and that I needed to schedule another appointment and they would investigate. I told them that was the whole reason I scheduled the appointment in the 1st place. I asked to speak to the mechanic and I pointed to the area I thought the leak was coming from (I don't know much about engines but it was pretty obvious). They checked it out & 10 minutes later said my vacuum pump & valve cover gaskets needed to be replaced. Left my truck & had them do the replacements. 3rd appt: Another oil change, then decided to wash my truck 2 weeks after the change, popped the hood & discovered THEY FORGOT TO PUT MY OIL CAP BACK ON & I had been driving for 2 weeks without one. At this point I called and spoke to the manager. Eric (service mgr) tried to do the right thing & had system flushed for any contaminants, did a new oil & filter change. I checked the truck out and popped the hood when I was leaving to make sure there was no damage and the cap had in fact been replaced. All seemed well. Shortly after, I noticed an intermittent rattling sound from underneath. I climbed under the truck and realized the rattle was coming from some loose brackets where something obviously should be attached. Turns out it was the splash guard that they had removed to drain the oil & never put back on (it's fairly good size 3ftx4ft). I drove down (again) & they found the splash guard sitting in the shop. The mgr spoke to the mechanic & apparently some of the bracket screws were missing so instead of saying anything he just opted to not put it back on & hope no one noticed. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE, if they can't get the simple things right 4 times in a row then I have zero confidence they're actually servicing my vehicle correctly. This is not anywhere near the service level I have ever experienced with any other Ford dealerships and at this point I'm pretty sure I could do a better job servicing it myself. They also won't call you back or answer the phone most of the time. Severely disappointed, this place is total garbage. More
Overall good experience. Checkin process was slow however, with only a single service writer. Checkout would have also been slow if I hadn't gotten in when no other customers were there. As before, however, with only a single service writer. Checkout would have also been slow if I hadn't gotten in when no other customers were there. As before, there was still only a single service writer, and while I was being helped, four other customers showed up and had to wait. Telephone receptionist was friendly and helpful. Unknown whether my vehicle was sanitized, though I did find a plastic hairnet on the floor. By the way, my name is Robert Kenton, NOT "Foster Kenton" which keeps showing up in your records of my vehicle, even though I have asked this to be corrected on multiple occasions. More
