Please give both a raise or bonus, as they are a great help to customers, and valuable. We have trusted this dealer for years, and hope to continue. P.S. Since we are Seniors, and have not ever driven one of the newer model cars, when we asked for a "Loner" Courtesy car to drive home, John wasn't there, and we did not get a good explanation of how to use it, or lock it. No one showed us where the "Remote" lock gizmo was located deep in the middle console, chamber, out of sight, so we could not figure out how to lock-up the car for the night, in our driveway, and we were concerned it might be stolen. Please tell staff to better inform us older customers, when we have to use a newer model loaner car. More

Great customer service! I loved working with Juan at this Ford dealership! I get really turned off by pushy sales people when choosing to buy a car.
