The most negative experience I've had in the past with car sales reps is an overbearing approach which is a "sell no matter what it takes" attack. Manuel did not have this characteristic and as a result, I felt free to ask questions and get an overall view of the 2018 Mustang. So, it was my choice to buy instead of feeling that a car is being shoved upon me. The only criticism is that he didn't know that the 6 cylinder model is no longer available. Thus, the four star rating instead of five. Ashnil Prasad, the sales manager, is very knowledgeable and dealt with me professionally in the negotiations leading up to the agreed purchase price. His followup is very good. Overall, a good impression - better than past dealings. I will inform friends and family of the positive experience. More

Cypress Coast Ford was the first test drive with the Edge and after testing out five other brands and comparable vehicles I came back to Ford Cypress Coast for a second test drive and bought the Edge that day. The Cypress Coast Team went out of their way as compared to some other dealers in the area and I appreciated the no pressures sales. I love my Ford Edge. More
