When I got to Cypress Coast Ford I was treated with respect and like I might know a thing or two about the vehicle I wanted. Speaking of knowing a thing or two this was the only dealership where I found the staff fully knowledgeable about the features of the truck. They knew the tow capacity, torque, and payload, They were familiar with all the electronics and how they worked. The suggestions for add ons were reasonable a bed liner and footboards. I never felt like I was being up-sold. I knew what I wanted. My salesperson Dean was amazing and also Tony, Mike and the rest of the crew. I easily purchased a Ford Ranger XLT with the sport package and a lot of cool extras. Im looking forward to many years of pulling a trailer and exploring the USA and Canada. More
