This dealer is a nightmare. The arrogance and highbrow attitude is astounding. My guess is 50% of their customers buy elsewhere. the rest are wealthy enough not to care. Service is always a function of going back to redo substandard work. Though the guys in the service department are very nice, I'm stuck there because of warranty work. They also gouge non warranty customers. a real shame, cause its a beautiful facility. And no deals on new purchases. And to think of the business they could have if they got with it. I went in three weeks ago to inquire about a new clk cab. Asked about a factory custom color. Salesman said he would look into it. Guess what? Not a word. A real can't be bothered approach. A shame. More
