Horrible management and work culture. The took my Drivers license and kept making excuses on why they couldn’t give it back. They kept lying and telling me they could get me the deal I want while bringing b license and kept making excuses on why they couldn’t give it back. They kept lying and telling me they could get me the deal I want while bringing back new deals, with nothing they promised. I’d ask for my license, they’d make excuses and tell me the deal I want is about to be approved. This went on back and forth for 6 HOURS. They held me 2 hours past closing time in hopes of wearing me out and taking my money. I love Mazda’s but I’d NEVER give cutter my money. I’d rather buy from a mainland dealership and pay for shipping HALF WAY ACROSS THE PACIFIC OCEAN than give cutter my money. More

He was very knowledgeable & comfortable to work with. We made a fair deal that I am happy with. The car had some condensation in the headlight lamp so he had the service center correct it for me. I am hoping to have this car in great shape for many years to come. More

Threw a friend, I was reccommended to Matthew Feldman, of Cutter Mazda. In one visit I found myself driving home in a used Dodge Ram 1500. I was recently looking to take my car in to be serviced. I had purchased a brand new Mazda (twice actually. Long story) from another Cutter dealership and was SO happy each time I was there. I decided to ta I had purchased a brand new Mazda (twice actually. Long story) from another Cutter dealership and was SO happy each time I was there. I decided to take my car into Cutter Dodge because I was in the neighborhood. I was expecting to have to wait around for a while or even drop off my car and come back the next day or something since the place looked pretty busy. Instead, I was in and out of there in a flash and I drove off feeling like my car was brand new again! The employees they hire to work for the Cutter dealerships are so accomodating and personable. I have now been to two different Cutter lots a hadnful of times and every time I have walked out of there feeling so relieved and thankful. More
Mazda CX9 have electrical issues with the key fobs. If you have any kind of moisture contact, the fobs aren't sealed and will have to be replaced for $390 each! Don't buy these vehicles. Another friend on the mainland had the same issue and got one new fob for free under warranty. Cutter Mazda didn't even do that. More
