Maintenance on my Ford Fusion Energy I dealt directly with Ashley Santiago. Her help with my maintenance for my Ford was excellent. Maintenance was quickly and expertly performed. The most important thing . . . is to talk with the customer and let them know if issues were found and resolved, or that no issues were found, and the vehicle is ready to go. This needs to come first . . . and then, and only then is there any talk of payment. The customer must come first. When I owned my Acura . . . their focus was on receiving payment for service.
