Excellent Customer Service I had a what appeared to be a slow leak in my 2014 Mustang rear tire. I called the service department and Liz Fontes was on it. I didn’t have an app I had a what appeared to be a slow leak in my 2014 Mustang rear tire. I called the service department and Liz Fontes was on it. I didn’t have an appointment and brought in my car. I also needed to get my rear brakes serviced. I figured at least a day but everything was finished just after lunch time.....awesome service. Very nice to know that the Cutter team took care of me and I will continue to have all my repairs on my Mustangs done at Cutter Ford..... More

She greeted me politely and quickly asked me how she could assist me. This was helpful because I didn't have to go and find someone to help me. I informed Veronica that I needed an oil change on my 2018 Ford Truck, and I also had a recall that needed to be taken care of. She pulled up my information and was able to get me processed and on my way. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A couple of hours after dropping off my truck, I received a call that my truck was ready to be picked up. Veronica also emailed me the inspection document that was performed on the truck, which was helpful. Overall I would recommend that you visit Aiea Ford, and I would also recommend that you ask for Veronica. More

Repair tailgate actuator via third party warrant. I have a 2015 Ford F150 and in March of 2020 the tail gate lock actuator broke. The factory warrant had expired, but I previously purchased a third p I have a 2015 Ford F150 and in March of 2020 the tail gate lock actuator broke. The factory warrant had expired, but I previously purchased a third party auto warranty when I purchase the F150 second hand from another dealer. When I took it in to Aiea Ford on the island of Oahu in the State of Hawaii. they called the third party warranty company and worked with them. The third party warranty company ended up covering the cost and repair of the actuator, in addition to the lug-nuts that needed replacing. All it cost me was the $100 deductible. Aiea Ford did a great job in working with the third party warranty company, and in servicing my vehicle. They were knowledgeable, quick, and efficient, not to mention the free coffee in a comfortable waiting room, and the free courtesy ride to and from my home. More

Poor Customer Service all around 1. The Service Rep did not go over the maintenance performed on my vehicle. She just walked me over to the Cashier, and went back to her counter. 2 1. When the service tech drove my truck up to the front, the floor mats on the driver's side was soaked and wet, and there was a stain on my seat. This is so unprofessional. I live in Kapolei, and if I need to drive to the town to Honolulu Ford to receive the type of service that I or any customer deserves, then it's worth the mileage. More

Service is fast & efficient while you wait at the cozy lounge room with TV and newspaper. They also have a complimentary water and coffee for thirsty clients. The restrooms are also a few ateps away.
