Excellent Customer Service I had a what appeared to be a slow leak in my 2014 Mustang rear tire. I called the service department and Liz Fontes was on it. I didn’t have an app I had a what appeared to be a slow leak in my 2014 Mustang rear tire. I called the service department and Liz Fontes was on it. I didn’t have an appointment and brought in my car. I also needed to get my rear brakes serviced. I figured at least a day but everything was finished just after lunch time.....awesome service. She greeted me politely and quickly asked me how she could assist me. This was helpful because I didn't have to go and find someone to help me. I informed Veronica that I needed an oil change on my 2018 Ford Truck, and I also had a recall that needed to be taken care of. She pulled up my information and was able to get me processed and on my way. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A couple of hours after dropping off my truck, I received a call that my truck was ready to be picked up. Veronica also emailed me the inspection document that was performed on the truck, which was helpful. Overall I would recommend that you visit Aiea Ford, and I would also recommend that you ask for Veronica. More
