Had my car worked on under warranty and the appointment was scheduled after the special order part arrived. I was greeted by my advisor Will Soong and he was very cordial and professional. The work was completed in a couple of hours and I was able to easily schedule my oil change with him for the following month. On June 14th I purchased parts for my 2012 Ford Explorer. I have been trying to reach someone in the service department for 2 weeks to see if the parts are in, but have only been able to actually speak to so I have been trying to reach someone in the service department for 2 weeks to see if the parts are in, but have only been able to actually speak to someone twice. They have been unable to assist. I have left several messages for my service rep. VERONICA BARWAR, but have yet to receive a call back. Again this has been going on for 2 weeks. If you aren’t going to have people that can attend to the phones to answer calls or are unable to provide status of orders/work then have common decency to return messages left for you especially after customers spend $1500 dollars on parts. The service department customer service is rated as a 0 of 10!!!! More
