WASTED MY TIME People are nice, but service was poor today. A low tire pressure annunciation warning light revealed a bad tire. I first went to Lex Brodies to see if they could plug the hole. Lex Brodies said because of the location of the tire they couldn't plug the hole and that I needed a new tire. I took a chance and went to the dealership (it was Saturday afternoon). I told the dealership that Lex Brodies said the tire cant be plugged (because the nail is too close to the outside edge) and that I needed a new tire. The dealership offered to change the tire to a different brand (same type not in stock). I told them that I wanted the same brand (the car is only 1 yr old). The dealership ordered the tire, plugged the hole and said just watch the tire pressure. I drove off and noticed that the tire low pressure light was still illuminated. I drove back to the dealership and the person I spoke to said that it was normal and that it would go away after a few miles. So off I drove again, the light still remained on. After 30 minutes in traffic (the second time), I decided to return to the dealership (for the third time). I told the service person that maybe they plugged it and forgot to put air in. He drove the car in the back and came back about 5 min later. He said that they forgot to put air in the tire. As I drove off the light went away. Doesn't instill much confidence around the table. More

What a great experience I had at Cutter Ford today. Customer Service has dramatically improved since my last service about a year ago. Representative Nicole phoned me periodically through the day to up Customer Service has dramatically improved since my last service about a year ago. Representative Nicole phoned me periodically through the day to update me on the progress of my vehicle, one time just to tell me my truck is still being worked on and would call back later. That is important to a customer and I felt my truck was in good hands. To wrap up my experience, I arrived to pick up my truck only to find out that I was charged a reasonable amount for the work I had done. Tell your staff Mahalo for taking care of customers, that's what keeps us coming back. More
