Bad Service “Rip Off” Aiea Cutter Ford is bad business. I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago (Ford F-150) 2011. For the past two years all it has been was a problem. I brought Aiea Cutter Ford is bad business. I purchased a vehicle 3 years ago (Ford F-150) 2011. For the past two years all it has been was a problem. I brought warranty on this vechicle and was under the assumption that it was for the duration for the whole loan. But it was not. My engine blew last year. Then we replaced it. Then two days ago my truck won’t start. Took it to their service area and all they try to do is try to run you broke. They fix one thing and something else breaks. On top of that they peeled the paint off my hood and never got back to me about it. The representative Veronica is a liar. When I asked her about how my paint was scratch she said they used a wire brush when they washed it. No one called me back. As for me I won’t buy another Ford. More
I loss trust in this dealership This review pertains the service department only. I came in to have an oil change for my mustang. Decided to go with "The Works", which was adverti This review pertains the service department only. I came in to have an oil change for my mustang. Decided to go with "The Works", which was advertised to have "Fluid Top-Off" and "Tire Rotation and Pressure Check". I upgraded to full synthetic though for the engine oil instead of synthetic blend. Upon retrieving the car, I noticed that the windshield fluid was not top off but Will, my service adviser, came to top it off in front of me, which was great, after I requested. However, I missed checking the psi on all four tires and when I checked the psi from the small display in the car, the psi were not adjusted to Ford's recommendation on the small sticker near the driver's door. It was off by 5 psi on all four tires. Of course I can always go back to the dealership or adjust it myself at the gas station but it made me wonder about the quality of the service. If I have to request the fluid to be top off and that they missed adjusting the psi, then what are the chances the lot technicians might have mistakenly put the synthetic blend oil instead of the full synthetic like I requested? Thank goodness I am about to leave the island for good in a month, since there are more Ford dealerships in the mainland than here in Oahu. One star, this is only for the shuttle service. More

Costumer service getting worst I'm sitting at cutterford Aiea now waiting for my truck being service. The employees who check customers in were terrible. I mean they were always bad but today was worst. 3 employees looked at me, not even a smile or how can I help you? They pasted me by like I was not standing there. One lady who was on the phone, saw me walking around lost, told me she will be right with me. I don't get it... Ford hire new people. People with PR skills. WASTED MY TIME People are nice, but service was poor today. A low tire pressure annunciation warning light revealed a bad tire. I first went to Lex Brodies to see if they could plug the hole. Lex Brodies said because of the location of the tire they couldn't plug the hole and that I needed a new tire. I took a chance and went to the dealership (it was Saturday afternoon). I told the dealership that Lex Brodies said the tire cant be plugged (because the nail is too close to the outside edge) and that I needed a new tire. The dealership offered to change the tire to a different brand (same type not in stock). I told them that I wanted the same brand (the car is only 1 yr old). The dealership ordered the tire, plugged the hole and said just watch the tire pressure. I drove off and noticed that the tire low pressure light was still illuminated. I drove back to the dealership and the person I spoke to said that it was normal and that it would go away after a few miles. So off I drove again, the light still remained on. After 30 minutes in traffic (the second time), I decided to return to the dealership (for the third time). I told the service person that maybe they plugged it and forgot to put air in. He drove the car in the back and came back about 5 min later. He said that they forgot to put air in the tire. As I drove off the light went away. Doesn't instill much confidence around the table. More

What a great experience I had at Cutter Ford today. Customer Service has dramatically improved since my last service about a year ago. Representative Nicole phoned me periodically through the day to up Customer Service has dramatically improved since my last service about a year ago. Representative Nicole phoned me periodically through the day to update me on the progress of my vehicle, one time just to tell me my truck is still being worked on and would call back later. That is important to a customer and I felt my truck was in good hands. To wrap up my experience, I arrived to pick up my truck only to find out that I was charged a reasonable amount for the work I had done. Tell your staff Mahalo for taking care of customers, that's what keeps us coming back. More
