My 2016 F 150 was acting strange when starting engine. I am 2 months out from the end of my new truck warranty. I was going to replace my truck battery because it showed a low state of charge. Napa said it I am 2 months out from the end of my new truck warranty. I was going to replace my truck battery because it showed a low state of charge. Napa said it required a scan toll to change battery. So I called the dealer Cutter Ford on Saturday 2 hours before closing and they said they would check it out if I could get there before closing. The service counter personnel were very friendly and had my truck checked out right away. It was a bad battery and they replaced it at no charge to me. They also did a courtesy check of my brakes, tires and safety systems. I was out in around 1 hour. I was so pleased that it didn't cost me money and was done quickly. I would like to Thank all that were involved in putting me back on the road. aloha More

Great oil change Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answered any questions I had with my vehicle and addressed any future services I may need to do on my Mitsubish Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They answered any questions I had with my vehicle and addressed any future services I may need to do on my Mitsubishi Outlander. Honored my coupon as well. I also found their shuttle service to be most convenient when it came to getting to and from work to the dealership. My driver was exceptional when it came to customer service. More

Suspension rattle Took in our vehicle because my wife complained about a rattle as she sped up. Service is as always friendly and reliable, Kelly goes above and beyond Took in our vehicle because my wife complained about a rattle as she sped up. Service is as always friendly and reliable, Kelly goes above and beyond to take care of the problem. Vehicle was checked and repaired within a few days. We were unable to pick up right away and they were able to accommodate and schedule a pick up in order to pick up the vehicle. LIFE SAVERS! A couple of hoses on my 2016 F-150 cracked rendering my truck undrivable. I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT Cutter Ford) and was told A couple of hoses on my 2016 F-150 cracked rendering my truck undrivable. I had it towed to the nearest Ford dealership (NOT Cutter Ford) and was told that the fix was not covered by my warranty. I had just purchased an extended warranty no more than a few months prior so I was shocked to hear the news. I asked the unnamed dealership to provide me with a detailed breakdown of the repair which took them several days to provide. The needed parts totaled $200, while the labor cost was $1,900! Feeling that there was something wrong, I called Cutter Ford and spoke with Noell Bylaardt and Sean Rodrigues who were incredibly professional and helpful. I had the truck towed once again from the unnamed dealership to Cutter Ford. Not only were the hose replacements covered under my warranty, but they discovered a couple of other minor items that needed to be addressed. Noell's thorough work literally saved me over $2,000 and the truck was delivered back to me BEFORE the date promised. I am a Cutter Ford customer for life and recommend Sean and Noell to anyone looking for stellar, genuine service. Mahalo Cutter Ford, Sean and Noell! More
