Service my car for oil change and issues with my Fob and bac My appointment took 2 days. It was told at about 3:00 that day that my car needed to stay overnight. The next day, they told me what services were recommended and I told them what I wanted done. They told me my car would be ready by 2:30, I got the 2:30 shuttle but when I arrived my car was not ready. I finally got my car at 3:45. I have a 2013 model and this was the very first time I received this poor service. I was very disappointed. More
