The service department technicians are great. I take my car to be serviced every 5000 miles and there are no mishaps or problems. Never have I ever had such great service. My husbands car was shipped from the mainland and got a flat being taken off the trailer. I called the dealership to see if they had the tire in stock. Liz was FANTASTIC! She had the car brought around back when I got there and had the tire put on in no time. Talk about great service! When we arrived to drop off our car they staff was busy and said they would be with us shortly, and they were. Within an hour or so we received a call that our car was ready for pick up. What the service adviser needs to remember is that most of us who service our cars at the dealership are not mechanics, so, if we have questions, they should answer them instead of being defensive and providing emotional responses! In the end, her explanation was satisfactory and I did not dispute the charges. All I needed were my questions answered! I am suggesting additional training for the employees so that they know how to provide clear, concise, unemotional, and tactful responses to the customers. I also don't like that the service advisers reach out to us asking for no less than a 5-star rating. If we are unsatisfied with the service we were provided, I don't think they should ask us, after the fact, if there's anything they can do to fix it. More
