Satisfied with service. Car update was not completed as scheduled so arrangements were made for alternative vehicle until repairs were completed after the weekend. Havin Car update was not completed as scheduled so arrangements were made for alternative vehicle until repairs were completed after the weekend. Having an EV and being provided a gasoline based alternative doubled my energy bill for the affected period. The only complaint I have. However, everything went well and I am satisfied with the results. More

Had a great experience at Cutter getting our 2014 Fusion serviced. Setup the appointment online and got the call confirmation a few days later.
