It was very easy to drop the car off and was in and out very fast. Customer service was good. Decent/comparable prices for an oil change and tire rotation. Not a big deal but that was one of the reasons I was so impressed because I felt it was going above and beyond and honestly kept me going back. More

The quote I was given for the repair on my breaks was higher than I expected, which brings up my issue. When I searched the parts on parts.ford.com, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Cutter is marki higher than I expected, which brings up my issue. When I searched the parts on parts.ford.com, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Cutter is marking up the price on the manufacturer parts for some reason, if you are able to do the work yourself, you can sometimes save money on the parts they would sell you from the same place and you can save buckets on labor costs.
