It was very easy to drop the car off and was in and out very fast. Customer service was good. Decent/comparable prices for an oil change and tire rotation. The quote I was given for the repair on my breaks was higher than I expected, which brings up my issue. When I searched the parts on parts.ford.com, they were hundreds of dollars cheaper. Cutter is marking up the price on the manufacturer parts for some reason, if you are able to do the work yourself, you can sometimes save money on the parts they would sell you from the same place and you can save buckets on labor costs. Sales staff is great and very patient not trying to force any sales, although somewhat mis informed and having no idea what they are talking about, for example about a year ago I spoke with a salesman about any sales, although somewhat mis informed and having no idea what they are talking about, for example about a year ago I spoke with a salesman about buying a f-250 and jokingly asked if the manual hubs worked… he had no idea the 4x4 f-250s had a manual locking front hub or the exact type of axles the truck is built on…my current experience was not the greatest either while going in for a mandatory recall on my vehicle I was put on a 3 week wait (somewhat understandable) when trying to call the service department via the main number I was taken to a useless answering machine. I had a spend about an hour trying until I could speak to someone to schedule an appointment and googling multiple different numbers to call. The actual service time on the appointment date was very fast and the staff was great when in the dealership however their biggest fault would be finding a great receptionist to handle calls/appointments faster.
