My second service visit went extremely well because the service staff went into "above and beyond" mode when I showed up thinking that I had an appointment. I did have an appointment but with Honolulu For service staff went into "above and beyond" mode when I showed up thinking that I had an appointment. I did have an appointment but with Honolulu Ford from where I purchased my 2020 vehicle. They emailed me about a service that was due of which I thought was from Cutter Ford, Aiea. Nevertheless, the Cutter Ford service staff offered to accommodate my service needs without an appointment. Excellent customer service! Needless to say, "I'll be back!" Mahalo nui loa Brian! More

On August 6, 2022, I took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. A female service provider immediately assisted me while Bryan, my service provider was helping other customers.
