He gave us space and time to discuss amongst our selves and would check back every so often to see if we had any concerns or questions. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. Zach put us at ease and ultimately, he was able to help us find the perfect car for our needs, a Ford Escape SE with an Eco Boost engine. Once we finally decided on a vehicle, the buying process was so easy, no going back and forth with his manager trying to negotiate a good price.
