We had the BEST car buying experience with Zachery My husband and I were ready for a new family car and Cutter Ford Aiea was our first and last stop. Our sales person, Zach Manuel was very friendly and knowledgeable. He listened to our wants and needs and showed us several options. He gave us space and time to discuss amongst our selves and would check back every so often to see if we had any concerns or questions. He wasn't pushy or overbearing. Zach put us at ease and ultimately, he was able to help us find the perfect car for our needs, a Ford Escape SE with an Eco Boost engine. Once we finally decided on a vehicle, the buying process was so easy, no going back and forth with his manager trying to negotiate a good price. Overall, this was the best car shopping experience we've had. Zach even followed up to see how we were enjoying our car.
