I got a great rate from dealer financing (better than my usual lenders). The car has given me very little trouble. I popped a tire on a pot-hole (iMiev’s have tiny tires and certain areas have a LOT of pot-holes, as we all know). Cutter-Ford changed out the tire fast and I was in and out. It’s like that everytime. No fuss, no muss. Just get it done. Had to get an emergency charge from them once. They did it no problem. Had emergency recalls taken care of - done overnight. Had to replace auxiliary battery (cause I left keys in ignition by accident). Again, in and out overnight. And they always let me drop off my vehicle the night before to accommodate my busy work schedule. What else is can I say? This is what you want from a dealer / servicer. Just get it done and everyone professional and friendly. More

My car was running very efficiently after that, you might say it was ‘purring’. Thank you Liz Fontes and team. Then I lost my wheel cover, it was old, the clips were broken. So I ordered one, and Will Soong was nice enough to install it for me. Thomas from Parts, helped me to track down my ‘lost’ parts that I ordered and expedited their arrival. Then my battery died, Andra said bring the car in right away. They got my new battery installed within the hour. Thank you for making my service experience extraordinary. More

It was awful. When I got there what I was told prior did not happen. We had to rearrange our entire schedule. Even the Hertz rep on site was unpleasant instead of helping its like he didn't even try to assist. More
