We decided to purchase our Ford Explorer after our three year lease expired. We told our sales girl that we just came to the dealership to purchase the residual plus whatever taxes that was left on our vehicle. The biggest problem that we had was with the guy who tried to add on ridiculous prices such as dealer and doc fees, gap insurance, and some other stuff that totaled over $5,000 in addition to the residual. He ignored our repeated requests. We had to really put our foot down. We repeated ourselves several times. In the end, we ended up getting what we wanted. Don't let this dealership bully you around. When in doubt, just walk because that's what we were going to do at that moment, then they finally gave in. More

Service Dept is Top Notch! I brought my 2018 Ford Escape in to the Cutter Ford Service Dept for routine maintenance service on the WRONG day. Kellie cheerfully fit me in to her I brought my 2018 Ford Escape in to the Cutter Ford Service Dept for routine maintenance service on the WRONG day.
