Freddie at Cutter was fantastic. I previously had some not-so-great experiences at other Ford dealers on-island, so I drove out of my way to give Cutter a shot. Freddie was super personable, listened to me, answered all of my questions, spent extra time to show me some new features and get my phone connected to my new truck. Ernie in the Finance Dept made the lease a breeze. I'd definitely go back there, and I'd ask to work with Freddie again... and I'll recommend my friends and family do too. More

I had a great experience at Cutter Ford Mitsubishi! Richie provided excellent service as he was very accommodating and patient. He wasn't pushy or sales-y, and he tried his best to meet my requests.
