Disorganized Went to see a truck that dealership had for 60 days. Still had logo stickers all over it from previous owner, empty gas tank, dry rot tires with gouge Went to see a truck that dealership had for 60 days. Still had logo stickers all over it from previous owner, empty gas tank, dry rot tires with gouges in the tread. Talked them down to reasonable price of 24k. Couldn't get them to throw in new tires, they tried to say tires were great, they're not. When we went to pick up next day to finalize sale truck wasn't ready, they left the stickers on and we had to beg they fill up the gas tank, said we pay for half because that's how cheap they are. They never gave us key code for the door lock. Then we had to bring it back later for them to do failed safety for the registration, instead of them doing that before we picked up. They said they lost the paperwork after 30 days even though they're the ones that did the safety, said they never got a copy of it. Told me originally it would take less than 30 days, then 45 days, then 90 days. Went back, service blamed sales, said it shouldnt take this long but the head manager of dealership didn't want to send someone to DMV that day. So long story short still waiting for registration. Very disorganized dealership, they don't take care of customers and you have to ask them to do things they should be doing themselves. Service dept. seems great. Just wish this transaction could have been smoother and more professional. Not what you would expect from a Ford Dealer. More

She had shopped online and knew exactly what she wanted. The only issue remaining was to actually drive one and see if it was a good fit for her. So we told Christian and he introduced us to his “Transit Expert” Brian Okomoto. Expert? I thought that was kind of amusing but it actually made me feel like we were in good hands. Brian was an expert. He zeroed in on what we were looking for, checked the inventory, found our car, and took us for a test drive. Personable and knowledgeable staff. It’s that simple. More

Service my car for oil change and issues with my Fob and bac My appointment took 2 days. It was told at about 3:00 that day that my car needed to stay overnight. The next day, they told me what services were r My appointment took 2 days. It was told at about 3:00 that day that my car needed to stay overnight. The next day, they told me what services were recommended and I told them what I wanted done. They told me my car would be ready by 2:30, I got the 2:30 shuttle but when I arrived my car was not ready. I finally got my car at 3:45. I have a 2013 model and this was the very first time I received this poor service. I was very disappointed. More
