What the service adviser needs to remember is that most of us who service our cars at the dealership are not mechanics, so, if we have questions, they should answer them instead of being defensive and providing emotional responses! In the end, her explanation was satisfactory and I did not dispute the charges. All I needed were my questions answered! I am suggesting additional training for the employees so that they know how to provide clear, concise, unemotional, and tactful responses to the customers. I also don't like that the service advisers reach out to us asking for no less than a 5-star rating. If we are unsatisfied with the service we were provided, I don't think they should ask us, after the fact, if there's anything they can do to fix it. More

I had my invoice reviewed by another mechanic, I was pleasantly surprised! He confirmed that I was not overcharged for parts, labor comparable. Some items were actually cheaper than going to an auto shop. Thanks again Liz!!!! More
