The most important thing . . . is to talk with the customer and let them know if issues were found and resolved, or that no issues were found, and the vehicle is ready to go. This needs to come first . . . and then, and only then is there any talk of payment. The customer must come first. When I owned my Acura . . . their focus was on receiving payment for service. The service department technicians are great. I take my car to be serviced every 5000 miles and there are no mishaps or problems. Never have I ever had such great service. My husbands car was shipped from the mainland and got a flat being taken off the trailer. I called the dealership to see if they had the tire in stock.
