I dealt directly with Bobby (Sales manager) for the most part. Lance was the salesman involved with paperwork, etc. As usual Bobby provided outstanding customer service. Never have I ever had such great service. My husbands car was shipped from the mainland and got a flat being taken off the trailer. I called the dealership to see if they had the tire in stock.
