Purchased a 2019 Mustang GT and had a driveline vibration issue. Scheduled and appointment to look at the car. Veronica took care of getting the car looked at. The service department took me in on a holiday, worked on the car, and right after lunch the car was ready for pick up. The problem was fixed perfectly. Very customer oriented as you park, someone is there to greet you and offer assistance. Communication over phone is good, but could improve upon.
