Agreed on price, which was very, very reasonable and day quarantine ended arrived at the Cutter Ford Aiea dealership to test drive, sign the papers and pay for the vehicle. Excellent Customer Service I had a what appeared to be a slow leak in my 2014 Mustang rear tire. I called the service department and Liz Fontes was on it. I didn’t have an appointment and brought in my car. I also needed to get my rear brakes serviced. I figured at least a day but everything was finished just after lunch time.....awesome service. I informed Veronica that I needed an oil change on my 2018 Ford Truck, and I also had a recall that needed to be taken care of. She pulled up my information and was able to get me processed and on my way. I was in and out in less than ten minutes. A couple of hours after dropping off my truck, I received a call that my truck was ready to be picked up. Veronica also emailed me the inspection document that was performed on the truck, which was helpful. Overall I would recommend that you visit Aiea Ford, and I would also recommend that you ask for Veronica. More
