I brought my Ford in service, but I am not sure why Elizabeth Fontes was being rude to me. Maybe because I have an older model, or maybe she was busy. Purchased an F150 Ford pickup. Salesman was excellent and continues to be in contact. Disappointed that a new vehicle has 73 miles on it but understand many test drives.
